Rabbi Ari Hertz, is a native of North Miami Beach, FL and spent many years studying Torah in Yeshiva
Chofetz Chaim’s Vancouver branch, as well as in Queens. Prior to joining the Emet team, Rabbi Hertz
was the coordinator for the Community Night Seder at Kollel Ohr Yisroel. His goal of creating a warm
and inviting environment for religious growth was paramount in the creation of this program. Rabbi
Hertz received rabbinical ordination from Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim in Queens last summer. Together with
his wife Asna, they have taken on this next stage of life by joining the Emet family! Rabbi Hertz is a part
of the Emet campus team as a campus Rabbi. He also coordinates Emet׳s Wednesday night
TorahConnect program.
