For the past 14 years, EMET Outreach has been a staple of the Queens
community, with a presence on many local college campuses, hundreds of
Shabbatons, dozens of exciting trips to Israel, Poland, Miami, and Arizona,
uplifting weekends and retreats, dynamic couples programming, and much
more. EMET is co-directed by founders Rabbi Akiva Rutenberg and Rabbi
Mordechai Kraft, as well as Associate Director Mrs. Rivka Muskat.
Since its inception, EMET’s large staff of full-time rabbis and teachers has
impacted the lives of over 5,000 Queens college students and young
professionals. And hundreds of EMET couples have gotten married and built
strong Jewish families.
This past year was EMET’s most exciting year of growth, development, and
